Added a status so former band membership is tracked for reporting later.
Added an information screen for individual people that shows their aesthetic currently, will show current and past band membership and other personal details.
Added a "what's hot?" page that shows the current hot genres; hot genres currently have no effect.
Band members now have an 'aesthetic'. These are currently distributed randomly so every band has a nightmare mish-mash of types and probably one fascist. Will fix.
Various UI fixes + consolidations.
